Travelers Plus Chiayi International Youth Hostel

Chiayi International Youth Hostel was renovated from the former Meiyuan Department Store in the 1960s. It retains the original old-fashioned grand staircase and the patio that runs through the hotel. You are welcome to stay overnight and experience the reborn look of the old house.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Chiayi Railway Station and only 200 meters from Chiayi Wenhua Road Night Market. It provides a lounge, free private parking (limited parking spaces require prior reservation) and a courtyard accommodation environment.

Facilities in the hotel include a shared tea room, refrigerator, microwave, small oven, tableware, etc., luggage storage and lockers, free WiFi throughout the hotel, and free breakfast (free breakfast is provided until 2025/06/30). Backpacker rooms offer shared bathrooms. We also have a few suites that can accommodate friends who need independent bathrooms and TVs. This way, you can have your own space and get to know every guest who comes here in the social hall.
